We curiously, compassionately and patiently inquire where, when, how, and why these thoughts, feelings, habits, relationships, and beliefs were formed. This conscious journey of discovery gives us insight into what is benefiting you and what may no longer be serving you.

Faheem
Pronounced as Fá-heem, the term has its roots in Arabic Cyprusian. It is derived from the word "Fahm," signifying an individual possessing understanding, comprehension,
intelligence, and innate wisdom. I believe these qualities are inherent in all of us.
What do We Do?
Hi, my name is Saba, I am based in Wollstonecraft in Sydney Australia (and online) and it is this Fahm, with which I hope our time together is spent connecting.
As a transpersonal therapist and coach with a Master’s of Science in Consciousness, Spiritually and Transpersonal Psychology, your innate wisdom is ultimately what I’m here to assist you in connecting with. This is so that you may live in the joy of balance and access the resources you need to meet your challenges.
Challenges, Resources, Wellbeing and the Transpersonal.
Let’s be clear: challenges aren’t inherently ‘bad’. A balance of resources (such as opportunities and tools) and challenges (like healing, goals, and ambition) is essential. Having too many resources but opting for too few challenges can lead to stagnation and a lack of fulfilment.
Conversely, facing an excess of challenges, especially those we did not necessarily choose, with insufficient resources can result in burnout and illness, affecting physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.​
The balance and harmony that we seek can be explored through transpersonal inquiry!
